Refund Policy for Calbj.com

At Calbj.com, we operate as a digital directory service connecting clients with verified Classifieds and listings. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases or listing submissions.

  1. No Refund on Digital Listings

All payments made for listing profiles, featured placements, or promotional upgrades on Calbj.com are non-refundable once the listing has been submitted and approved.

Due to the digital nature of the service and instant publishing, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind.

  1. Refunds for Failed Transactions

If your card was charged but your listing or feature was not successfully published due to a system error or payment gateway issue:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours
  • Our team will review and issue a refund within 5–7 business days, if applicable
  1. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a listing before it goes live by contacting our support team. If the listing has not yet been reviewed or approved, a full refund will be issued to your account or UPI.

  1. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

To protect both clients and service providers, we log IPs, timestamps, and transaction details. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal follow-up under applicable cyber laws.
